To evaluate multiple CRISPR-Cas9 targeted sites using NGS requires specific primer design for each target.

However, some targets share high sequence similarity. In such cases, primers designed for one target can bind to multiple targets. Finding specific primers for all targets is a manually intensive work which primerg achieves computationally.
